- Primer Application: Any exposed metal gets a heavy coat of blackout auto glass primer. This stops rust from forming down the road and gives the new glue a solid, clean surface to bite into.
- Adhesive Installation: I run a thick, consistent bead of high-quality urethane adhesive, set the new vent glass firmly into place, and tape it down so it cures in the exact factory position.
