- Careful Removal: We detach the damaged glass from the track assembly. If the glass frame is glued in, we carefully cut out the old urethane without scratching the roof's paint.
- Surface Prep and Cleaning: We strip the mounting area down to the bare metal where necessary. Then, we vacuum out every last piece of broken glass from the sunroof drainage tubes to prevent future clogs and wipe the surface completely clean.
- Primer and Adhesive: We apply a rust-preventative primer to any exposed metal on the roof frame. Once that flashes off, we lay down a thick, even bead of high-quality, fast-curing adhesive.
- Setting the Glass: We drop the new OEM-equivalent sunroof glass into place, calibrate the track so it opens and closes smoothly without binding, and water-test the seal to make sure it is watertight.
